Beyond the Masks in Viral Infections-Anthroposophical Viewpoints (II)

We are encouraged to wear masks, wash our hands and practice social distancing in order to put a physical barrier between us and the virus (viruses). Here we want to go beyond that physical aspect to explore how through external applications, remedies, eurythmy, meditation, and more we can strengthen our own innate physical – spiritual resistance. We hope to show how Anthroposophy can be of immense practical benefit in daily life.
