Reflections on the Healing Impulses of the Mysteries of Ascension

Although being one of the Central Events surrounding the Mystery of Golgotha the importance of Ascension has perhaps not received its due even in anthroposophical circles. However, especially this year, marking several 100 year anniversaries, it is significant that we concern ourselves with it. Both anthroposophy in general and particularly anthroposophical medicine (which includes curative eurythmy) can help to shed light on its place in our hearts.

Besides drawing attention to the significance of the Whitsun and Ascension time (not valued enough even in the anthroposophical circles) I personally consider my intention to have been primarily the demonstration of yet another “modality” that R. Steiner gave us so that anthroposophically we can re-connect with the spiritual world.
