To understand the concept of metamorphosis not only as it occurs in nature but to also practice it in the formation, expression and sequence of our thoughts is one of the most fundamental anthroposophical activities.

Initially presented to the FRAC group (Front Range Anthroposophical Café).

It is an attempt to succinctly show the steps needed to be able to use it in practical daily life.
