The Human Double (The “Doppelgaenger”)

In November 1917 R. Steiner revealed for the first time the existence of the so called “Human Double” that enters us at birth, does not leave until shortly before death, and profoundly affects us our entire life.

He describes how this Double is connected to earthly geography, especially the American Continent, how it is connected to disease and healing, and more.

The implications of these insights are truly enormous, showing, if that was still needed, the overwhelming need to apply anthroposophy (and Anthro. Medicine) in daily life.

We will look in practical detail at Anthroposophic means to strengthen ourselves and overcome or balance the influence of this being.

Observing the historical time when these lectures were given (1917) makes directing our consciousness to the topic of these lectures all the more significant today.
